  • Founder and Head Chef

    Alexander views food as part of his heritage, shaped by his aristocratic upbringing. While balancing an IT career in Mexico City, he devoted time to cooking. Moving to Austin, he became a self-taught chef and developed a culinary philosophy called “food with an accent,” focusing on identity, creativity, and soul.


  • Founder and Wine Director

    Passionate wine professional, WSET Level 3, trained in the Texas Hill Country. Brings expertise from harvests and cellar work to formal wine studies. Her dedication and respect for artisanship quickly earned her recognition within the Texas wine scene. She is in charge of curating thoughtful pairings for every dish.
